Please fill in the necessary information in the application form and submit. (Applications submitted after 6:00 PM will be processed at the next day's rate.)

We will send you the invoice amount and transfer procedures, so please transfer to our designated account.

Shipment of Foreign Currency from Our Company

After confirming payment, we will ship according to your desired delivery date specified in the application.

※Payment received after 2:00 PM on weekdays will be confirmed by around 2:00 PM on the next business day.
※Shipping is only on weekdays, so the actual delivery date may vary.
※We ship via Japan Post (in-person delivery, time designation not available).
※If you are absent, an absence notice will be left, but if a delivery box is installed, it may be left in the box.

Submit the Application Form

・Please fill in the necessary information in the application form and submit.
・We will send you a purchase application form with your information filled in via email. Please print it, fill in the transfer destination information, and enclose it.
※Applications submitted after 6:00 PM will receive an email after 11:00 AM the next day.

Mail Foreign Currency from Customer

Please mail the purchase application form and foreign currency via registered mail (regular or simplified) from the post office.
Although optional, please insure if necessary.
※We cannot accept transactions under ¥10,000.

Authentication of Foreign Currency by Our Company

Once the foreign currency has been authenticated, we will transfer the amount converted to yen at the rate on the day of arrival to your designated account. Please note that shipping costs are borne by the customer. (We do not purchase coins. Old or damaged banknotes may not be purchased.)

※Notice※

The minimum transaction amount for purchases is ¥50,000 in total.

For Vietnamese Dong and Indonesian Rupiah purchases, the minimum transaction amount is ¥100,000 in total.
